RE:TR4CKS (the “App”) is a local music player for Android and iOS provided by yskms.

Information the App accesses

With the user’s permission, the App accesses audio files stored on the device and related metadata, such as track title, artist, album, duration, and artwork, solely to display and play the user’s local music.

On Android, the App may request permission to send notifications so that playback controls can be shown in notifications and on the lock screen and used from headsets and the home-screen widget. Notification permission is not used for lock-screen or headset controls on iOS.

Image and file-processing libraries included in the iOS App reference Photo Library APIs. The App does not provide a feature for selecting photos and does not transmit photos to the developer’s servers.

Data collection and sharing

The App does not transmit local music files, music metadata, or usage activity to the developer’s servers. It has no user accounts or cloud synchronization. The developer does not sell user data.

The App shows ads in the free tier using Google AdMob, and uses RevenueCat to handle the Pro subscription (on both Android and iOS). What each of these handles:

• Advertising (AdMob): For ad delivery and fraud prevention, an advertising-identifier-equivalent value, approximate region, and device information are sent to Google. Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent message and are not served ads without consent; consent can be changed at any time from the Settings screen. The App always requests non-personalized ads only and does not access the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA).
• Subscription (RevenueCat): To process purchases and restores, purchase history and an anonymous, app-only identifier are sent to RevenueCat. No information that directly identifies the purchaser, such as name or email address, is sent.

Data stored on the device

The App stores its library cache, settings, sort preferences, playback queue, shuffle progress, playback position, and in-app error history only on the device. On Android, users can delete this data by clearing storage in the operating system’s app info or by uninstalling the App. On iOS, users can delete this data by deleting the App.

Retention and security

On-device data remains until the user deletes it using one of the methods above. Because the App does not transmit user data, no user data is retained on the developer’s servers. On-device data is handled within the operating system’s application sandbox.

Children’s privacy

The App is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page and its effective date will be updated.

RE:TR4CKS（以下「本アプリ」）は、yskmsが提供するAndroid・iOS向けローカル音楽プレイヤーです。

アクセスする情報

本アプリは、端末内の音楽を表示・再生するため、ユーザーが許可した場合に限り、端末内の音声ファイルとそのメタデータ（曲名、アーティスト名、アルバム名、再生時間、ジャケット画像など）へアクセスします。

Android版は、再生通知とロック画面・イヤホン・ウィジェットからの操作を提供するため、通知の送信許可を求めることがあります。iOS版のロック画面・イヤホン操作には通知権限を使用しません。

iOS版に含まれる画像・ファイル処理ライブラリは写真ライブラリAPIを参照しますが、本アプリから写真を選択する機能はなく、写真を開発者のサーバーへ送信することもありません。

データの収集・共有

本アプリは、端末内の音楽ファイルや音楽メタデータ、利用状況を開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。ユーザーアカウントやクラウド同期もありません。開発者自身がユーザーデータを販売することはありません。

無料版に広告を表示するため、AdMob（Google）と、定期購入（Pro版）を扱うためRevenueCatを利用しています（Android・iOS共通）。それぞれが取り扱うデータは次のとおりです。

• 広告（AdMob）: 広告の配信・不正防止のため、広告識別子相当の情報や大まかな地域、端末情報がGoogleへ送信されます。EEA（欧州経済領域）・英国・スイスのユーザーには、広告の同意状況に応じたメッセージを表示し、同意なしに広告を配信しません。設定画面からいつでも同意内容を変更できます。本アプリは常に非パーソナライズ広告のみをリクエストし、iOSの広告識別子（IDFA）へはアクセスしません。
• 定期購入（RevenueCat）: 購入・復元処理のため、購入履歴とアプリ内でのみ使われる匿名の識別子がRevenueCatへ送信されます。氏名やメールアドレスなど、購入者を直接特定する情報は送信しません。

端末内に保存するデータ

ライブラリのキャッシュ、設定、並べ替え、再生キュー、シャッフルの進捗、再生位置、アプリ内エラー履歴は端末内にのみ保存されます。AndroidではOSのアプリ情報からストレージを消去するか、アプリをアンインストールすることで削除できます。iOSではアプリを削除することで削除できます。

データの保持とセキュリティ

端末内データは、ユーザーが上記の方法で削除するまで保持されます。本アプリはデータを外部へ送信しないため、開発者のサーバー上にはユーザーデータを保持しません。端末上のデータはOSのアプリサンドボックス内で扱われます。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは子どもを対象として設計されたものではなく、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。

変更

本ポリシーを変更した場合は、このページの内容と施行日を更新します。
